(Registration No. 201801034960) (“Sari Data,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to saridata.com and cimcalc.com (collectively, the “Websites”) and users of our products. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

When you contact us through our website form, request a product demonstration, or engage with us professionally, we may collect: your name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, and the content of your enquiry.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our Websites, we may collect technical information including: your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. We use Cloudflare for hosting, which may collect standard web analytics data.

Information from Third-Party Services

Our contact form is provided by Tally.so. When you submit a form, your information is processed by Tally in accordance with their privacy policy. We receive only the information you submit.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to: respond to your enquiries, evaluate your requirements for product deployment, provide product demonstrations, improve our Websites, and communicate with you about our products and services. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

3. Product Data — CIMCalc and SafeAI

This section addresses documents and data processed by our products, which is governed by separate product agreements.

CIMCalc

Financial documents uploaded for screening are processed through our computational pipeline. Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest. Processing occurs within our secured cloud infrastructure on AWS. Documents are handled in accordance with our product terms and any applicable NDA. We do not use client documents to train AI models. We do not share client documents with third parties.

SafeAI Cloud

When deployed in your private cloud environment, Sari Data does not have access to your documents or queries. All data remains within your cloud tenancy. Governance policies, interaction logs, and knowledge bases are under your control.

SafeAI Vault

The air-gapped appliance operates entirely on your premises with no internet connection. Sari Data has no access to any data on the device. All data is physically under your custody.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with: our sister company Acquro LLC for the purpose of providing consulting services you have requested; service providers who assist in operating our Websites (Cloudflare for hosting, Tally for forms); and law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by Malaysian law.

5. Data Retention

Contact form submissions and enquiry records are retained for the duration of our business relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.

6. Cookies

Our Websites use only essential cookies required for site functionality. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Cloudflare may set security-related cookies to protect against malicious traffic.

7. Your Rights

8. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and secure hosting infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Sari Data is headquartered in Malaysia. If you are accessing our Websites from outside Malaysia, your information may be transferred to and processed in Malaysia. By using our Websites, you consent to this transfer.

10. Children’s Privacy

Our Websites and products are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
